We ship all orders nationwide using NZ Post, providing reliable service and full online tracking so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Dispatch & Processing:
Orders placed before 12 pm (noon) NZST are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Costs:
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $10 for all New Zealand orders. For orders over $200, you can select Free Standard Shipping at checkout.
Please Note: Free shipping on orders over $200 does not apply to oversized items or shipments destined for Waiheke Island or Stewart Island.
Delivery Timelines:
While we aim to deliver within 2–3 business days to most metropolitan areas, please allow 3–7 business days for delivery across all regions. All delivery timeframes are subject to stock availability. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email.
If Your Order Is Delayed:
We receive regular shipments from our Facolos supplier in Asia. If international shipping causes an extended delivery time, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product in its original condition within 30 days. Please note that shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product price, deducting a processing fee of (3.0%).
Due to the nature of the game, we cannot accept returns for pickleball balls. The sport’s intensity makes it difficult to determine the cause of any damage, such as cracks or breakage.
We are the exclusive distributor for Facolos in New Zealand. For any warranty claims, if you have purchased directly from us please reach out to us and we will liase with the brand on your behalf.
If you have purchased one of our products through one of our authorised retail stores in New Zealand, please contact them directly.
Please be aware that damage resulting from wear and tear, as well as intentional or accidental incidents like paddle drops or collisions, will not be eligible for warranty coverage. Warranty claims will be evaluated individually. In rare cases of significant issues with Facolos products, we will provide a replacement.
For warranty claims, we ask that you submit photographic or video evidence of the issue, or return the item at your own cost. Please include as much detail about the damage as possible.
